Running Charges Prices

include a 1 color, 1 position

imprint for Pad Printing,

Imprint Colors: All efforts

will be made to match PMS

colors as close as possible

at no charge.

Batteries: Many items

include batteries. For those

items that do not include

batteries, we can supply

batteries in bulk. Costs per

piece are (V): AAA - $0.25

AA - $0.25 C - $0.40 D -

$0.50

9 Volt - $1.00

Please add $ 1.00(V) per

product if you require

batteries to be inserted into

each product.

Cancellations: All

cancellations must be

conrmed in writing and

are subject to all costs

incurred until the date of

cancellation.

Billing: Net 30 days upon

approval of credit. Accepted

credit cards are American

Express, MasterCard and

VISA. Bank wire transfers

are accepted for foreign

accounts.

Overruns / Underruns:

Every effort will be made

to ship the exact quantity

ordered. However, for

imprinted merchandise, we

reserve the right to ship up

to 2% over or under the

amount ordered. If your

customer requires an exact

quantity please specify on

the order “Please ship exact

quantity only”.

Artwork &

Production

Normal Production Time:

5-7 day production

time will begin after

receipt of ready art.

Rush Orders: 2-5 Day

service on most items.

Please contact factory for

availability and extra costs.

Artwork Requirement: Our

clear disposable cameras

feature a fully custom face.

For best results, your art

should be either vector

format, or a high resolution

bitmap format (TIF, JPG).

The size of your art should

be 5.5 x 2.75 inches at 300

dpi. Please remember to

leave a .25 inch “safety”

area around all edges and

cavities. To design your

own camera, download

our Illustrator template

at www.365Wholesale.

com. If you intend to

submit attened art, please

delete the dieline and any

knockouts before attening.

For pad printed products,

Camera ready artwork must

be 600 dpi or higher, clean,

sharp and to size. Electronic

art is preferred and accepted

in most Mac/PC formats.

Art may also be emailed

to [email protected].

Customers will be notied if

additional work is required.

Unless exact sizing is

required, art will be reduced

or enlarged to appropriate

size.

Unacceptable Artwork:

Faxes, copies of faxes,

photocopies, slides,

transparencies, low

resolution prints, web

images, letterhead,

business cards, or actual

product. All artwork

supplied under these

categories will be subject to

further art charges.

Shipping

F.O.B.New York or

California. Shipping and

handling will be prepaid and

added to invoice. Title of

goods passes to customer

at the time the merchandise

is assigned a carrier.
